I am astounded at how many websites are devoted to one aspect or another of Tolkien's fantasy world. Serious, funny, scholarly, role playing, games, art, writing, forums, sites devoted to the movie, it's all out there. Of course, some of us old folks can smugly remember when all we had were the magical books themselves. And they were enough.
